Kyra Bloom joined Poly in the summer of 2024 as Associate Director of Admissions. Previously, Kyra worked in the admissions offices of both Léman Manhattan Preparatory School and The Senesh School. She holds a master’s degree in English Education from Teachers College of Columbia University and applies the skills she learned in the classroom while working with students and families every day. Kyra is originally from Winter Park, Florida, and has made New York her home since moving here for her undergraduate degree at Barnard College. She also earned a M.A. in Theater History and Criticism from Brooklyn College and is passionate about theater and arts education. Kyra loves trying new cuisines and is always reading a book.
